The CoHFAC Dean’s Strategic Fund was established to provide transformative co-curricular opportunities that enrich the academic and creative experiences of our students. Our college has a proud tradition of curating meaningful programs—guest lectures, cultural excursions, alumni engagement, and undergraduate conference participation—that extend learning well beyond the classroom.

While these initiatives inspire, challenge, and broaden our students’ perspectives, they also carry rising costs that can limit access for many. Through the generosity of donors like you, the Dean’s Strategic Fund ensures that these high-impact experiences remain within reach for all students, regardless of financial circumstances.

Your support brings learning to life: from trips to Chicago to experience Shakespeare, to welcoming successful alumni back to campus, to helping students share their work at discipline-specific conferences. Each contribution directly empowers faculty and students to pursue opportunities that elevate academic achievement, creative exploration, and professional development. Faculty may apply for up to $1,000 per semester to support student-centered activities and offset related expenses.
